ALBUM piano solo - WOOD PATH

Il Sentiero nel Bosco is about initiation, the pieces where written in widely spaced periods, and they recount the inner journey and trials to access a deeper vision of existence.
This collection of pieces for solo piano, became a Concerto performed in nature, woods, lavender fields, etc. with a piano tuned to 432hz.

"In 25 years of research in composition, Giusi has composed a series of pieces that have marked milestones in her life.
Since 2022, she has been experimenting with her own method of making concerts in close relationship with the audience and the Places where she is invited, creating events in Nature, woods, lavender fields, with a piano tuned to 432hz.
Her Concert allegorically recounts the various stages of an initiatory journey, a path that is not marked or traced by others, an individual, intimate and sacred path of inner trials and achievements that she has named “Wood Path.”
The pieces, written in periods far apart, are story plots in the form of myths, archetypes and allegories that tell of an ascetic path, to access a deeper vision of existence.
Each “tale” concert, is a living element that unfolds between pieces and improvisations that the composer and pianist chooses as she meets and interacts with the audience, so each event is unique because fundamental and decisive is the intrinsic nature of the listener, it so happens at each event that Giusi listens to the audience as the audience listens to her tale made in Music."
